On foot of a query from a constituent about this building we were in touch with the derelict properties section in Dublin City Council.
On the 9-Jan-2023 Dublin City Council informed us that it was in “the process of preparing paperwork recommending that a Notice of Intention to enter this site on the Derelict Sites Register be served on the owner."
